At Triumph Motorcycles, I serve as Senior HMI UX Designer on the next‑generation connected instrument platform. I led the end‑to‑end UX for phone, helmet, and platform connectivity, including Apple CarPlay and Android Auto on Triumph’s first 7‑inch touchscreen instrument. I worked on defining the HMI architecture, interaction models, and UI states across touch and the handlebar switch‑cube, setting patterns for onboarding, pairing, and in‑ride use. In parallel, I drove user acceptance testing (UAT), translated findings into a prioritized improvements backlog, and partnered with BOSCH, Apple, and Google to align platform requirements with rider safety and brand experience.
